-I use powerpoint to make summaries and explanations of topics which my students will have access to ( aswell as a range of resources i provide)
-I provide a range of worksheets , exam questions to work through (together and independently)
-I believe communication on progress is really important and i like to keep track of how my student finds each topic along the way ( I may ask them to rate each lesson and how much they understand the topic )
-Depending on your year group at school the content of lessons will be structured around that
-For GCSE students the content will be from your exam board specification
-I like to make lessons fun and interactive , aswell as to overall consolidate what you do in class
-I encourage my student to make notes along the way , and for GCSE students I incorporate some flashcard making , quizzes and general revision resources (cheat sheets etc)
-Since I recently have done my GCSES I can provide a fresh and understandable perspective and share my tips and tricks which helped me get an A*
-I will create and plan the lessons according to what my student want to work on (eg recap some things from school) or I can give them a head start on topics they may not have covered in school yet
-Overall I can adjust my teaching style and the content I teach to suit my students and what they feel they need to work on .
