Hello! I'm Sarah, a friendly, patient and enthusiastic qualified primary school teacher with 10 years of classroom experience across Key Stages 1 and 2.

I am passionate about helping children grow in confidence, develop essential skills and discover that learning can be enjoyable!

**My teaching approach**

Every child is different, so I tailor my lessons to their individual needs, abilities and interests. I believe in creating a positive, encouraging environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and celebrating their achievements.

My lessons are interactive and engaging, using colourful resources, educational games, clear explanations and practical activities to bring learning to life.

**What does a typical lesson look like?**

My online lessons last 45 minutes and usually include:

* A fun starter to revisit previous learning.
* Clear explanations and modelling of new skills.
* Interactive activities and guided practice.
* Opportunities to apply new learning independently.
* A short review to celebrate progress and identify next steps.

I offer English and Maths support for primary school children aged 5–11, including reading comprehension, writing, spelling, grammar, number skills and problem-solving.

Whether your child needs help filling learning gaps, building confidence or tackling new challenges, I will adapt each session to help them progress at their own pace.

My aim is for every child to finish their lesson feeling proud of what they have achieved and excited to learn more!
