I provide practical, supportive guidance including meal planning, balanced diet education, and lifestyle adjustments, while motivating clients to build consistency and achieve long-term, sustainable health and wellness changes.
Alongside my academic background, I have experience as a swimming teacher working with clients aged 3 to 83.
