My coaching is designed for neurodivergent teens and adults who want a learning experience that actually works with their brain, not against it. I take a flexible, collaborative approach, adapting each session to your goals, energy levels, and preferred way of processing information.
Sessions have a light structure to provide clarity without feeling restrictive. We usually start with a quick check-in to decide what feels most important or manageable that day. From there, we break things down into clear, achievable steps so you always know what you’re working toward without feeling overwhelmed.
I focus on making things practical and accessible. That might include:
Breaking complex ideas into smaller, manageable parts
Using clear, straightforward explanations (no unnecessary jargon) using visual, verbal, step-by-step processes using a person centered approach.
Exploring different ways to approach the same problem until one clicks
Connecting what you’re learning to real-life situations
Coaching is interactive but low-pressure. You won’t be rushed or put on the spot. Instead, I create a space where you can think out loud, ask questions freely, and take the time you need to process and respond.
I’m also mindful of challenges that often come with neurodivergence such as focus, motivation, executive functioning, or burnout. Together, we’ll experiment with strategies that are realistic and sustainable, rather than forcing methods that don’t fit.
For teens, I provide supportive structure and encouragement while still respecting independence. For adults, sessions are more self-directed, with a focus on practical tools, problem-solving, and building systems that support daily life, study, or work.
If you’re working toward a specific goal whether that’s exams, skill-building, or managing workload, i’ll help you develop approaches that suit how you think and operate.
The aim is simple: to create a calm, respectful space where you can build confidence, develop effective strategies, and make steady progress in a way that feels manageable and genuinely useful.
