This may include managing academic stress, improving organisation and time management, building motivation, or developing self-belief. I break challenges down into manageable steps and use practical tools and techniques that students can apply in their daily lives.
As a trained Mental Health First Aider, I am able to recognise when students may be struggling and provide calm, appropriate support. My background in HR and education means I am experienced in coaching, guiding, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
