Sara Santos

I studied Translation and Interpreting at the University of Vigo, with English, Galician and Spanish as my working languages. I have a Master's degree in Translation for International Communication and a degree in Translation Specialist for the Video Game Industry, also from the University of Vigo.

I am focused on teaching English and Spanish. I’ve been teaching for more than 5 years and I really like what I do.

In terms of methodology, I adapt to the needs of the students, so the pace of the class will be set by them. My greatest satisfaction is to see how students improve and no longer live with the frustration of always failing language subjects. I consider myself a hard worker, committed to my work and above all, very consistent. I normally focus the classes on conversation, rather than grammar, because if you start speaking from the beginning you will learn more than you think!

Now my challenge is to get more foreign students who want to learn Spanish with me. I offer private classes, pair classes and small group classes (max of 4 students per class). These type of classes are on Zoom because I am living in Spain, so Zoom is the perfect tool for this. I teach both children and adults and also I'm starting to work with companies.
