My lessons are dynamic, clear and built to keep you engaged — a bit like the way I teach journalism: simple structure, practical tools, and lots of interaction. I believe that learning Italian works best when you use the language, not just study it, so every class combines different “codes”: speaking, reading, writing, listening and real cultural examples. Think of it as a small multimedia journey into Italian life.

We usually start with a short warm-up conversation to get your brain into Italian mode. Then we move to a focused activity based on your goals: grammar explained with real examples (never boring charts), vocabulary taken from everyday life, dialogues you can actually reuse, or short texts from Italian culture — from literature to newspapers to memes. I love teaching the “real Italy”: southern expressions, cultural habits, and small details that make the language come alive.

Throughout the lesson, I mix formats: we might read a short paragraph, listen to a clip, analyse a sentence, or look at images or prompts to spark conversation. I encourage mistakes — they’re part of the process — and I always give clear, gentle feedback.

My experience teaching in schools and running editorial teams taught me how to guide people step by step, keep things light, and make even difficult concepts feel easy.
