I believe the best results come from genuinely understanding a subject rather than simply memorising it. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, whether that's building confidence with difficult topics, reinforcing classroom learning, or preparing for exams.

Each session begins by identifying areas of weakness before breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable explanations. I encourage students to ask questions throughout, creating a relaxed and supportive environment where no question is too small. Once the content is fully understood, we apply that knowledge through targeted exam questions, helping students develop effective exam technique, improve time management, and understand exactly what examiners are looking for.

I place a strong emphasis on active learning, using worked examples, discussion, and regular practice to ensure students retain what they learn. Lessons are interactive rather than lecture-based, allowing students to build both confidence and independent problem-solving skills.

Having recently completed my own studies, I understand the challenges students face and the strategies that genuinely make a difference in achieving top grades. My aim is not only to help students improve their marks but also to leave each lesson with a stronger understanding of the subject and greater confidence in their abilities.
