I’ve thought over 10 students Igbo , I have one on one conversations with practical examples. I make learning fun and add stories to keep the learning interesting.
Learning Igbo should be simple, practical and enjoyable. My lessons are designed for students who want to learn Igbo from the basics, improve their speaking skills, understand everyday conversations, or reconnect with the language and culture.
I have experience helping students learn Igbo through one-on-one conversations, practical examples and interactive lessons. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my teaching approach to suit each student’s level, goals and pace.

My lessons focus on useful vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence formation, everyday expressions and real-life conversations. Rather than relying only on memorisation, I encourage students to practise speaking and understanding Igbo in situations they are likely to encounter in everyday life.
I also use simple stories, examples and conversations to make lessons more interesting and easier to remember. For beginners, I start with basic words and phrases and gradually build confidence. For students who already understand some Igbo, I can help them improve their vocabulary, pronunciation and ability to hold conversations.
My goal is to create a relaxed and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. Whether you are learning Igbo for personal reasons, family, travel, cultural connection or simply because you want to learn a new language, I will make the lessons engaging and tailored to you.

I believe learning a language is not just about knowing words it is about being able to use them confidently. I look forward to helping you understand, speak and enjoy the Igbo language bring those in diaspora close to their culture.
