My lessons are characterized by a creative and interactive approach. I tailor my teaching to individual learning styles and connect the subject matter to real-world relevance. I encourage questions and curiosity, creating a supportive learning environment. With my experience and expertise, I simplify complex concepts and provide continuous assessment and feedback. I'm flexible and adapt my teaching to meet each student's unique needs, aiming to inspire a love for learning and equip students for success.

One of my main goals is to increase confidence when learning a new language. Throughout my years of teaching EAL students, I have noticed they can become confident with the teacher but remain reserved when back in the classroom. I try and give challenges to my students that enable them to get out of their comfort zone. This will allow them to take what we have learnt and apply in to a real-life setting that enables them to grow further.

After each lesson, I reflect on the aspects that went well and what may need improvement. This helps me tailor an individualised approach to see what works best for each child so that they can really make the most of their learning. As always, I love to make it engaging and interactive as much as possible so they never get bored!
