When I teach I change the format depending on the student. We would first discuss long term goals whilst thinking and talking about the steps and smaller steps we can make in order to achieve them. We can do both saxophone and clarinet (alternate lessons) or we can primarily focus on one instrument. My main objective is for my student to enjoy this as a passion, hobby or even profession!

My passion started to develop from 2021 where I began my volunteering journey of 5 years - working with younger student concert bands. During this time I then got a job working with young people which allowed my passion to bloom.

I have now been in the education sector for 2 years with just over half a year specifically teaching music.
I am currently studying music at KCL, with lessons from RAM. This is with focus on performance in which I am educated on both saxophone and clarinet.

I perform frequently, with the most recent being with a saxophone chamber group with NYWO. This course ended with a 45-60 minute performance in which I performed in its entirety. I played the soprano, alto and tenor saxophones. Throughout the performance it switched from a quartet (4 players), to a septet (7 players) and concluding with a undectet (11 players).
Other performance highlights range from the national air cadet concert band in Lincoln cathedral to singing in westminster abbey and Windsor Castle.

KCL’s Big Band (2nd chair tenor saxophone but also doubling with clarinet)
