Hi there!

My name is Samantha and I am an online Spanish tutor.

Language learning is my great love, and sharing that love with others is a huge passion of mine. My teaching ethos is simple. Every student has different goals and needs, and a good tutor supports their student in the areas where they need help, and empowers them in the areas that they excel.

I take the guidance from you, the student, on what areas you feel need some learning support, meanwhile making sure that we are improving our language skills in all areas (e.g. grammar, written, oral and aural skills etc.). During our first lesson, we will set goals together, whether it be fluency or exam results, and this will advise my lesson plans for our work together going forward. I love variety, as it keeps our lessons interesting, and fosters a fun learning environment that hopefully takes any stress and discomfort out of the learning experience.

I provide all class materials, which I have designed myself, so all you need to bring to class is yourself, a pen and paper, and hopefully a wish to learn something new, and to build on your existing language skills. I am also always contactable by email, should you want help with any in class assignments, and I am happy to set work to be completed between our meetings, should you feel this would benefit you as a student.
