As much as possible, I try my best to structure or deliver the curriculum in a way that connects with the students. Whether it be teaching them their favourite song on their instrument, or using an artist they love as an example of a particular music theory concept, making sure that my students are meaningfully engaged with music is a massive part of my ethos.
