Sam Authers

I have been a working guitarist for the last 5 years on stages and in studios across the UK.
Whilst I started out with guitar lessons, I learnt the majority of my craft through being in the industry, not running the exercises I was given. My teachings will focus on the useful skills I use in my day to day career, in the context of music that means something to the student.

This year I am going on a UK tour with Holly Nicholson off the back of producing her first EP, 'heartbreak era' which has recently surpassed streams. I am currently working with Holly on her 2nd EP, and other new music with various artists. Alongside this, I also play guitars live for Jake Morin, and work as a sound engineer with the function band 'Guitar George' and also Holly Nicholson.

I am a passionate musician, I love the guitar, it has been a big part of my life for 10 years. During Covid, I started building my own and launched Authers Guitars. I have since built 13 unique instruments for up and coming artists and musicians across the UK, and been gigging my own guitars since the completion of my 1st.
