My lessons are calm, structured, and fully personalised to each student’s needs. I specialise in supporting learners with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other learning differences, and I always aim to create a space where students feel comfortable, understood, and confident to learn at their own pace.

I usually start by getting to know how each student learns best — what helps them stay focused, what causes frustration, and what interests them. From there, I adapt the lesson format to suit their individual learning style. Some students prefer a highly structured approach with visual aids and clear step-by-step guidance, while others respond better to a more conversational, flexible format.

I break down complex topics into smaller, manageable chunks and check understanding regularly, using examples that make sense in real-world contexts. I also build in time for short movement or focus breaks if needed, especially for students who struggle with attention or sensory regulation.

My lessons are interactive and supportive rather than test-heavy. I use a mix of discussion, visual resources, and practical exercises to help students not only understand the material but also develop confidence, study habits, and self-belief.

With over six years of experience working in secondary education and supporting SEND students, I’ve seen how much difference patience, empathy, and the right approach can make. My goal is always to help each student make progress academically while also feeling positive and capable — both inside and outside the classroom.
