So I like to tailor it around your needs. Usually, for people that want to do it more for fitness, at first, understand your state, where any injuries you have, etc. Based off that, create a warm-up and mini s&c to open the session up. From there, I like to do pads, where I can gauge your technique, warm you into what we're going to be learning in that session. And then I'd move on to what I like...
So I like to tailor it around your needs. Usually, for people that want to do it more for fitness, at first, understand your state, where any injuries you have, etc. Based off that, create a warm-up and mini s&c to open the session up. From there, I like to do pads, where I can gauge your technique, warm you into what we're going to be learning in that session. And then I'd move on to what I like to call body pads, where I will allow you to practice the combos "on me" . This way you get to feel how shots should be thrown in real scenarios.

Then some depending on your preference I'd move into more intense pads, focused on building up your conditioning rather than the techniques - this is where you should see the fruits of the first half of the session, gives you a chance to really empty the tank whilst keeping in mind the techniques you ahve learnt thus far.
