I am a professional software developer with over 10 years of experience, and my lessons focus on learning programming through practice rather than simply memorising theory.

I teach step by step, starting from the student’s current level and using small, practical exercises to introduce each new concept. I encourage students to experiment, make mistakes, ask questions, and understand why their code works rather than just copying a solution.

I am patient and understand that concepts that seem simple to an experienced programmer can be challenging when you are learning. I remember many of the difficulties I faced myself when I started coding, which helps me recognise where a student may be struggling and find a different way to explain the problem.

For beginners, lessons can cover programming fundamentals such as variables, conditions, loops, functions, debugging, and problem solving, gradually progressing towards building small applications and projects.
