In my teaching, I prioritize developing strong relationships with my students as a foundational element. I believe that understanding each student's individual goals, and aspirations is essential not only for establishing a meaningful connection but also for tailoring my teaching approach to their specific needs. I try to implement a flipped classroom approach, where students are introduced to new concepts prior to class through various resources such as videos or readings. During the class, the focus is usually on hands-on teaching methods, providing students with opportunities to engage actively with the material through interactive exercises, and discussions.
