As a former GCSE and A level student who has achieved all 9/8/A*/A, I have perfected the most effective revision strategies.
I know firsthand that when it comes to revising the ‘one size fits all’ strategy will not maximise your full potential to achieve the highest grades.

Our first session will look at your basic GCSE biology knowledge using a baseline test.
We will go through your answers thoroughly and identify your weak areas to develop a foolproof revision plan.
If you already have a revision plan we’ll look at it together to try and tailor it so you can achieve your grade goals more effectively.

From this I’ll create personalised worksheets and questions curated to fit a progression for higher grades; this will be entirely laced with specification specific material to ensure once you sit your exam you will know exactly all the possible questions that could be asked of you.

Homework ,which will be set after a week of sessions,would be meaningful and precise—not just an overload. So that we could go through it and develop your weak areas.

Mini mixed questions tests will be set to monitor improvement.

As a medical student who is motivated through observing the rewards of my actions, I understand the need to visualise my improvement.

Thus, each student will have a personalised excel sheet or document with every GCSE biology topic and their performance on it.

There will be a section where you can write about the homework or note anything about biology you’re struggling to understand outside of the sessions so in our next session I could address the questions.
This ensures the sessions are more engaging even outside tutoring hours.
