Sakina Khawaja Khawaja

I have a degree in Chemical Engineering and two years of experience teaching Mathematics online to students of different ages. I teach students from primary school through to GCSE level, adapting my lessons to suit each student’s individual needs, learning style, and current level of understanding.

Throughout my teaching experience, I have worked with students who have had a wide range of abilities and learning needs. I have supported students with building their confidence, improving their understanding of key mathematical concepts, catching up with areas they find challenging, and preparing for important exams. I have also provided one-to-one Maths tuition for a student preparing for the 11+ examinations, helping them develop their problem-solving and exam technique.

My lessons are interactive, clear, and focused on building both understanding and confidence. I break down challenging topics into simple, manageable steps and use plenty of worked examples, practice questions, and guided exercises to help students develop their skills.

I also place a strong emphasis on exam preparation, including time management. I regularly identify areas where a student needs additional support and adjust lessons accordingly.
