I am a passionate STEM Teacher and Trainer with over 12 years of experience in teaching and delivering technical training across international school and diverse learning environments. I specialize in creating engaging, student centered learning experiences supported by strong skills in curriculum development, assessment design, and LMS-integrated instruction.
My experience as a trainer enables me to design and deliver effective, outcome driven training programs using blended learning approaches that enhance both understanding and practical application.
With a solid foundation in Geology, I bring real-world context into the classroom, helping students connect scientific concepts to everyday life while developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I am currently engaged with Saudi Aramco as an SAT Reasoning Instructor, where I deliver high-quality instruction to prepare students for the SAT, applying data-driven teaching strategies and digital learning platforms to maximize learner achievement. This role has further strengthened my expertise in assessment design, learner analytics, and student-centered instruction.
Previously, I worked as an Instructional Designer and ADAPT Trainer at OxfordSaudia Flight Academy, where I designed and delivered structured cognitive, Mathematics, and Physics training programs aligned with aviation standards. My responsibilities included developing instructional content, designing assessments, evaluating learner performance, and utilizing Learning Management Systems such as Canvas and Blackboard to monitor progress and enhance learning outcomes.
In addition to corporate training, I have extensive teaching experience in international schools across Saudi Arabia, including Rowad Al Khaleej International School and Universe International School. Throughout my teaching career, I have delivered Mathematics and Science instruction across multiple grade levels while also facilitating the Leader in Me program, based on Franklin Covey's 7 Habits, promoting leadership, character development, and learner-centered educational practices.
My academic background in Geology, combined with extensive experience in STEM education, instructional design, and training, enables me to create engaging, evidence-based learning experiences for both academic and professional audiences.
