Sahil Gupta

I am currently pursuing an MSc in Advanced Controls and Systems at the University of Sheffield, having previously completed my Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

My engineering background has given me a strong foundation in mathematics, problem-solving and analytical thinking. I have also gained professional experience through internships at Airbus, where I worked in a technical and structured environment and developed strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

My lessons are focused on understanding concepts rather than simply memorising formulas. I explain topics step-by-step, work through examples and exam-style questions, and adapt lessons to each student’s level and areas of difficulty.

I aim to make mathematics approachable and help students build both their confidence and problem-solving ability. I am happy to support students with strengthening their fundamentals, preparing for exams, or working through topics they find challenging.
