Hello!

I am Sophie and I am an experienced teacher with almost 10 years of teaching exeprience and tutoring. I am a native French speaker, with a MA in French, so I am also qualified to teach French up to AH-level and to adults.

During our lessons, we will catch up, have an overniew of where you have had challenges over the week and we will be able to build a curriculum. I enjoy teahcing through games and make my own worksheets, so I tailor my activities around your interests as well, to ensure it is engaging. All my lessons are tailored to different needs, and I enjoy catering for all students. I have a lot of experience in teaching and tutoring, so I can be resourceful and engaging. I have also had experience in teaching children with additional support needs, so don't worry if you're shy, we will be able to work something out.

To be oraganised, I will be keeping an online tab with an overview of the needs required, an updated document shared with a parent or guardian. This way, you will be able to access activities from the comfort of your home. I also have been known to have outstanding communication skills, so I am easy to talk to, and to ask for help. From you, I am expecting a level of engagement, as well as a minimum of organisation. I would like you to have your material, as well as notebooks, jotters, any tools you would require to work and learn.

At the moment, I would prefer to meet in a public place, such as a library, where we can enjoy the available resources. I also am very comfortable doing online lessons, where I have a lot of experience creating games, activities, and using online resources. I am comfortable using Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom to meet.

I have taught all levels of Primary and I have taught French all the way to Advanced Higher, so I can cater for a wide variety of people. I also have experience in teaching French to adults, so I am always interested hearing from you!
