Being a coach is primarily listening to my clients problems and helping them find their answers by guiding them through questions. It becomes a conversation
I have helped many business owners, both young and old, to find the right path to follow by giving them clarity within their own thinking.
I am certainly not here to 'tell' them what to do. But I am here to help guide them.
By allowing them to voice their problems and with the right questions I can help with mindset, motivation, procrastination, and when their own mind gets clarity then it helps them with confidence and alleviates anxiety.
No problem is a new problem. There has been many people who have had the same issues before, I know I certainly have, but through my own life's experiences and asking the right people the right questions at the right time I now have a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to help others.
As and when they feel a coach will be helpful I will always help to the best of my ability and it will be very surprising what outcome can be achieved in even a single session but if more sessions could be seen as beneficial then I will help as much as possible.
