Greetings! I go by the name of Rous. I am currently pursuing higher-level English studies as part of my Leaving Cert program. Having already achieved higher merit grades in my Junior Cert, I take pride in my English tutoring abilities, with a focus on grammar, creative writing, and listening skills. I strongly emphasize the importance of speaking when learning any language. That's why I ensure that my sessions are designed to enhance speaking proficiency through various activities and conversational exercises. My ultimate goal is to create a supportive and captivating learning atmosphere for my students to improve their English skills.

Furthermore, I believe that reading plays a crucial role in the learning process. It improves vocabulary, comprehension, and overall linguistic proficiency. Therefore, I encourage my students to read a variety of texts, ranging from classic literature to contemporary works. I also provide them with personalized reading lists based on their interests and reading levels.

In addition to speaking and reading, writing is another critical component of language learning. I offer writing workshops that focus on different writing styles, such as descriptive, narrative, and persuasive writing. I also provide feedback and guidance on grammar, syntax, and organization.

Lastly, I believe that cultural immersion is essential for language learning. I introduce my students to English-speaking cultures through films, music, and literature. I also encourage them to participate in language exchange programs and study abroad opportunities.
