My teaching style is calm, patient and highly individualised. I take time to understand each learner’s strengths, barriers and interests, adapting lessons to suit their pace and preferred learning style. I use clear structure and consistent routines to build security, while incorporating creativity and flexibility to maintain engagement. By breaking learning into achievable steps and celebrating progress, I help students build confidence alongside competence. My aim is not only to improve attainment, but to foster resilience, independence and a more positive relationship with education.
