I am a UK Registered Pharmacist Independent Prescriber, Senior Clinical Pharmacist, and Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) trainee with over 15 years of pharmacy experience across community pharmacy, general practice, primary care, diabetes management, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, minor ailments, prescribing, and clinical leadership.

My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s individual needs. Lessons focus on real-life patient cases, consultation skills, clinical reasoning, prescribing principles, NICE guideline interpretation, calculations, OSCE preparation, GPhC learning outcomes, portfolio development, and exam preparation. I use interactive discussions, case-based learning, mock consultations, and reflective practice to ensure learning is engaging and applicable to day-to-day pharmacy practice.

I also provide mentorship and support for Independent Prescribing trainees and Designated Prescribing Practitioner (DPP) supervision, helping learners develop consultation, clinical assessment, prescribing decision-making, portfolio evidence, and professional confidence in practice. DPPs play a vital role in supporting trainee prescribers through supervised learning and competency development.
