My lessons would be tailored to the individual student and in line with their teaching preferences whether that is through visual diagrams, lengthy notes or through mark worthy key phrases. I intend to have regular lessons that are both enjoyable and comfortable, in a way that students do not feel shy or afraid to ask questions even if they think it is silly or too basic. I will have proper lesson plans such as spending some time consolidating knowledge, then onto practice questions and then exam style questions. As long as the student can tell me in advance what topics they would like to focus on and what they feel unsure about, I will do my best to remove the doubts and make sure make your child feels more confident in these topics and is not afraid of them. I will also set homework on the topics we cover in class to ensure your child has fully understood the material, can apply their knowledge in practice, and to identify any areas that may need further support.
