I design sessions with clear intention and thoughtful preparation, ensuring they are simple, effective, and tailored to client goals such as improving flexibility, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellbeing. At the same time, I remain responsive and present within each session, adapting in real time to meet the needs of my students and create a supportive, personalised experience.
I am particularly committed to creating an inclusive and encouraging environment. I strongly believe yoga is for everybody, and I use a scaffolded teaching approach - offering accessible foundations for beginners while providing options to challenge more experienced practitioners. Through clear guidance, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, I aim to help clients feel confident, capable, and connected to their bodies.

My background in dance has led me to develop a unique Gentle Dance-Yoga Flow style, blending Vinyasa principles with fluid, mindful movement.
