My teaching style is relaxed, supportive, and tailored to each individual student. I focus on creating a comfortable environment where you can learn at your own pace while building strong fundamentals and confidence on the guitar. I’m patient, encouraging, and passionate about helping students develop both their technical ability and their creativity. My goal is not only to help you improve as a guitarist, but also to make the learning process enjoyable and inspiring and to prepare you for your music performance journey.
I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to suit your goals, experience level, and musical interests. Whether you want to learn your favourite songs, improve your fingerstyle technique, understand chords and harmony, or start writing your own music, I will guide you step by step in a clear and approachable way. I place a strong emphasis on practical playing, helping you develop timing, rhythm, and musical expression while building the skills needed to play confidently.
As a teacher, I am reliable, approachable, and genuinely invested in my students’ progress. I aim to create lessons that feel motivating rather than overwhelming, breaking down concepts into manageable steps so that improvement feels natural and rewarding. I also encourage creativity and exploration, helping students build the confidence to experiment, develop their own style, and enjoy the process of making music. My goal is to support you not only as a learner, but as a developing musician, giving you tools and confidence that will help you continue growing independently outside of lessons.
