I think each group of students is very different. First, I must analyze the group to know what group strategy I would use. Once I have contact with the students, I will know what method to use so that they feel comfortable and thus avoid possible barriers to their learning. I am a deeply empathetic person and by studying English, which is not my native language, I connect with my foreign students by perceiving their learning problems. It is essential to accompany students in their learning process. Be present when faced with their doubts, be close, give them self-esteem that in the face of a bad situation they can get ahead. As I said, each group of students is different and diverse. Understanding their flaws will have to do with how observant I was with their learning process. From my experience I realized that you have to create a good atmosphere for the comfort of the students. In a warm environment, students learn more. My job will be to create a learning community where learning is mutual between students and between students and teacher. Put yourself in the students' shoes so they know that the teacher can also learn from each other.
