Experience

My experience is built on a foundation of native fluency and academic excellence. Being born and raised in Spain, I bring a lifelong immersion in the language and culture to every lesson. Academically, I achieved an A* in GCSE Spanish, which gives me a unique perspective: I understand the language both as a native and as a student who has successfully navigated the UK examination system. I have spent significant time tutoring students for their GCSEs, focusing on the specific mark schemes and common pitfalls. Furthermore, my professional background in childcare has equipped me with the skills to manage different learning paces and keep younger students motivated and focused.

• Immersive Conversation: I encourage speaking from day one. By simulating real-life scenarios, I help students move past the "mental translation" phase to thinking directly in Spanish.
