Future PhD candidate in human biology, exercise physiology, and nutrition, developed through both academic study and practical application. My background combines a strong scientific foundation with years of hands-on involvement in performance, coaching, and laboratory settings. This dual perspective allows me to bridge the gap between theory and practice—an approach that I find essential when teaching complex topics such as physiology, metabolism, and human adaptation to exercise.
My previous experience includes teaching undergraduate students in biology, physiology, and anatomy. During this time, I learned that effective teaching extends beyond simply delivering content; it’s about building genuine relationships with students, understanding their motivations, and guiding them toward independent thinking. My teaching style is intentionally easy-going and conversational, which helps create a relaxed yet intellectually stimulating environment. I encourage open discussion, critical questioning, and active participation, as I believe these are vital tools for deeper learning and long-term knowledge retention.
In every teaching session, I strive to connect academic concepts to real-world applications—whether in health, sport, or daily life. By drawing on practical examples from exercise science and nutrition, I aim to make each lesson relevant and memorable. I also emphasize evidence-based thinking, encouraging students to evaluate information critically and to appreciate the dynamic nature of science. Ultimately, my goal as an educator is to inspire curiosity, promote self-confidence, and foster a lifelong interest in understanding how the human body functions and adapts.
