I'm a friendly person and students adapt my teaching method easily. I have also experienced with the students who had low IQ level and also not understand the procedures and mechanism easily. So, I did a lot work on them that they would get average marks but at the end they got above average.
My teaching method is not special or same for everyone, I change my style if a student unable to understand and make it special for that one. Some students have good IQ level and they understand the things easily but others have not. It is my duty to change my teaching method to make it understandable. In my class, students do not feel hesitation to ask something, I also help the students to raise their confidence level.
I'm always trying to explain all the procedures and mechanism behind a process. I always prepare my topic in advance for my students so that I can clear all their doubts and they understand it properly. Teaching is my passion because this is the only way to make an improvement in next generation.
