Riley Tennant

I have ample experience mentoring and tutoring all ages as I have worked as a sailing instructor for 5 years and tutored a dyslexic child for 2 years. I have a high school diploma and am a current student at University. I love writing and reading which has translated into my academic career as I scored a 5 on AP United States History, a 4 on AP English Language and Composition and Statistics, and a 3 on AP Chemistry and Biology. I scored a 700 on the Reading and Writing section of the SAT. I also earned an A in both AP English Language and Composition and AP English Literature and Composition courses. I was a valedictorian, on the Superintendent and Principal Honor Roll list all 4 years of high school, and an AP scholar with distinction. In school I was a staff writer and entertainment section editor on the newspaper where I helped edit a myriad of writing styles and mentored my peers on their writing skills. I also continue to publish my writing on my protfolio website. I can help with reading comprehension, essay writing, and general english writing and reading skills.
