Riddhi Dukhande

For the past two years, I have provided private tutoring to children in my neighborhood, supporting them in their academic studies and overall learning development. This role required consistent preparation, patience, and the ability to explain concepts clearly in a way that matched each child’s learning style. Through regular sessions, I was able to help students build confidence, improve their academic performance, and develop effective study habits.

Beyond academics, tutoring taught me valuable transferable skills such as strong communication, time management, and problem-solving. I learned to adapt quickly, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive and encouraging environment. I was also responsible for planning lessons, tracking progress, and coordinating with parents, which strengthened my sense of responsibility and accountability. These experiences have equipped me with interpersonal and organizational skills that I am confident will be valuable in any customer-focused work environment.
