Hi, I'm Rhys, a second year student studying Mathematics, Statistics and Data Science with a passion for helping students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I achieved A* in Mathematics GCSE, a distinction in further mathematics GCSE, an A* in mathematics A level and an A in further mathematics A level .I believe that every student can succeed with the right support and teaching approach. My lessons are tailored to each individual's needs, whether that means strengthening fundamental skills, preparing for GCSE or A-Level examinations. During lessons, I focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I break down complex topics into manageable steps, explain concepts clearly, and provide plenty of worked examples to ensure understanding before moving on. I also encourage active participation so that students develop genuine confidence rather than simply memorising methods.My academic background in mathematics, statistics, and data science allows me to teach a wide range of topics, including algebra, calculus, probability, statistics, data analysis, and exam preparation. I understand the challenges students often face and can adapt my teaching style to suit different learning preferences and abilities.Lessons are structured around the student's goals and progress.
