Rhiannon Rigby

I am a qualified teacher with a Master's degree in Education and extensive experience supporting children and young people across a range of educational settings. Throughout my career, I have combined academic teaching with strong pastoral support, helping learners overcome barriers to learning and build confidence in their abilities.

I specialise in working with students with SEND, including dyslexia, ADHD, autism, anxiety and emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA). My approach is calm, supportive and personalised, recognising that every learner has unique strengths and needs.

I have experience teaching English, Functional Skills and study skills, as well as supporting students who may have lost confidence in education or require a more flexible approach to learning. I focus on creating a safe, pressure-free environment where learners can rebuild self-belief, develop skills and make meaningful progress at their own pace.

As a DBS-checked and ICO-registered tutor, I am committed to providing professional, high-quality support that helps students achieve both academically and emotionally.
