As a Student Life Coach, my sessions are designed to help you build confidence, stay motivated, and develop practical habits that make studying feel easier and more enjoyable. I create a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly about your goals, challenges, and routines. Every student is different, so I tailor
each session to what you need — whether that’s improving focus, organising your time, building consistency, or finding the right study techniques for your learning style.
Our lessons usually include a mix of guided conversation, goal-setting, simple planning tools, and reflective exercises to help you understand what works best for you. I use clear, encouraging communication and break things down into manageable steps so you never feel overwhelmed. Between sessions, I can also help you create weekly study plans, track your progress, and stay accountable.
I bring over 20 years of experience supporting people in customer service, project management, and coaching-style roles, where empathy, active listening, and problem-solving were essential.
