I have been working with students of different ages, needs, interests and abilities for over twenty years. I have been following and working with EYFS, Montessori philosophy and Sen students. I also worked as an English teacher and private tutor. My lessons, methods and contents are tailored to individual needs of a student. I always try to make my lessons interesting and engaging. I believe in building a reciprocal relationship with a student based on understanding, trust and empathy. Maria Montessori's principle which I adopted as a core teaching principle throughout my teaching career was ' Help me to do it by myself '. As a teacher I strongly believe that the students need to be guided and helped by a tutor only when necessary. I also believe that a teacher can learn from students, there is always room for improvement. I can proudly say all my students progressed well. I am very lucky to be able to help my students progress, develop and fulfill their potential. I am a very patient teacher who has ability to observe and adopt teaching methods, strategies and materials depending on students learning styles and needs. I also believe in introducing fun and humour in my lessons because these two things make activities memorable, transforming even boring grammatical concepts into easier digested forms. I am also interested in science, I love animals, music and movies. All these interests and hobbies can be used as a base on which love for English literature and art can be created.
