Refilwe Mbulaw

As a tutor, I create lessons that are interactive, engaging, and tailored to each student’s needs. My approach balances clear explanations, guided practice, and independent problem-solving, so learners not only understand concepts but also build confidence in applying them.

Each lesson follows a structured format:

* Warm-up activity to review prior knowledge
* Step-by-step teaching of new concepts with real-life examples
* Practice tasks to apply learning
* Feedback and reflection to reinforce progress

I tutor across the Cambridge Curriculum (Primary and Lower Secondary, Stages 1–4) with a focus on Mathematics, Science, and English. I also provide extension work for learners who need extra challenge, and supportive scaffolding for those who need more time and guidance.

With years of classroom and online teaching experience, I understand how to keep lessons dynamic and enjoyable. I use visuals, interactive activities, and clear questioning to make sure students stay engaged and feel motivated to learn.

My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel supported, gain confidence, and achieve their academic goals.
