Hi, my name is Rebecca and I use a mixture teaching styles to help you through a topic or lessons that you do not understand. Whether you are home taught or just need some extra catchup lessons to ensure you get clear understanding of what you need to learn.
My lessons start by chatting to gauge your understanding like short questions and answers, spot the odd one out and why, as well as visual aids, like PPT, images and videos to enhance your learning and understanding of a topic.
All my lessons start with questions of what you understand already, (no answer is a wrong answer, it is just how you understand the topic) and how well you can explain that to me. Then we expand and delve deeper into a particular topic so that by the end of lesson you have a clearer understanding and can answer some exam style questions, with the answer scheme provided so that you can check your own terminology for clarity from the exam board.
Whether you just need a one off lesson on a particular topic or if you would prefer a series of lessons over several weeks or the academic year, these are options and discussions we can have via email before the lessons commence.
