I like to teach students or train people in a systematic manner. I engage with them first to find out all the areas they want to improve then I analyze how best to approach to solve the problems. I interact the most to understand the person or people. As I am a very open-minded person people feel comfortable sharing everything with me for guidance.

I like my students to be punctual and cooperate with me, if not, that is also not a problem. I can be persuasive to make them pay attention to my lessons. I do not only stick with the contents, I get personal with students to show empathy which can make them feel more comfortable with me. I like to focus more on weak students to learn how they are struggling. I do my best to interact with the class in a manner so that students can feel welcome to ask me any question. I will keep explaining until they understand. I also give rewards to the best students to boost their motivation.

Furthermore, I like sports, movies, video games, and gadgets which allow me to interact with children more efficiently. It is my way to make them feel comfortable around me. I am not too strict with my rules. It is okay to fail to follow sometime as we are only human but a chance to be better.

I like to believe that I am a great leader who can bring the best out of any individual.
