My biology lessons are clear, engaging, and completely tailored to each student’s needs. I hold a PhD in hematology and immunology and have over a decade of experience in academic research and scientific teaching. I specialize in helping students truly understand biology, not just memorize it, whether they are preparing for GCSEs, A-levels, IB, university entrance exams, or need support with coursework or scientific writing.

Each lesson has a structured flow. We begin with a quick review of previous material, then dive into new content using simplified explanations, visual aids, and real-world examples. I use active recall techniques, such as quick quizzes, short answer questions, or discussion-based problem solving, to help students retain information and develop critical thinking skills.

My style is interactive, encouraging, and focused on building confidence. I break down complex concepts like cell signaling, genetics, physiology, or molecular biology into manageable parts and make sure students feel comfortable asking questions. Lessons are adapted to your pace and goals, and we focus on mastering both the big picture and the details.

My goal is to help students think like scientists: to question, connect ideas, and understand the “why” behind the facts. I teach both online and in person (Cambridge-based) and offer flexible scheduling to fit around your academic life.
