Lessons are available as one-to-one sessions or small group classes, online. Each session is planned around your exam board specification and your goals, whether that’s building confidence, moving up a grade or securing a top result.

I start by finding out where the gaps are, then build lessons from clear explanations, guided practice and exam-style questions, moving on to full past papers as you get closer to the exam. I cover Year 7 through to A-Level, so we can go back to the fundamentals or stretch you well beyond them.

Lessons are friendly, relaxed and interactive. I adapt to different learning styles and abilities, even in a group, so everyone stays engaged and nobody gets left behind. Questions are always welcome, and the aim is for you to understand why a method works, not just memorise steps.

I’m a qualified secondary maths teacher with over 10 years’ classroom experience and I’ve been an Edexcel GCSE examiner for eight years. I know exactly where marks are won and lost, and I teach students how to set out their answers to secure every mark available.

I keep track of your progress with regular check-ins and short topic quizzes, so we always know what’s improving and what needs more attention. You’ll receive clear feedback after every session, plus suggested practice questions to complete between lessons. Parents are welcome to receive updates, and I’m happy to adjust the pace whenever you need it. Sessions can run weekly or around your exam timetable.
