As a trainer, I have developed a leadership program for first-time leaders, which I deliver to organizations in formats tailored to business needs and participant levels (modular programs, workshops, individual sessions).

I work starting from the company’s objectives and the real challenges faced by leaders at the beginning of their journey.

The leadership program develops essential competencies such as evolving one’s professional identity into a leadership role, setting performance and learning goals, communication and feedback, team development, leadership, and delegation.
