Strategies like Individualized Support Plans, One-on-one Sessions,
Positive Reinforcement, Regular Feedback, and Peer Learning Groups
were used that improved each student by 50-60% in a time period of
two months.
The improvement was observed by conducting pre and post
assessments, class performance records, formative and summative
assessments, and grading.
Designed and implemented over 45 engaging lesson plans aligned
with the national curriculum, tailored to accommodate varied
learning styles like visual learners, auditory learners, verbal learners,
kinesthetic learners, logical learners, and interpersonal learners,
Coordinated and executed 10+ school-wide events and
extracurricular activities, enhancing school community spirit and
increasing student participation in non-academic programs by 40%.
Adapted instructional strategies using real-time assessment data,
leading to more effective interventions and better student outcomes
reflected in improved quiz and exam scores across the board.
