I believe that the best learning takes place when students are actively involved, engaged, and enjoying the process. My lessons are therefore tailored to each student's individual needs, combining interactive activities, guided problem-solving, and proven exam techniques to ensure steady progress and long-term understanding.
Rather than simply teaching students how to answer questions, I focus on helping them understand the reasoning behind mathematical concepts, allowing them to develop confidence and tackle unfamiliar problems independently. Lessons are structured to be both enjoyable and challenging, using a variety of teaching methods to keep students motivated and fully engaged throughout.
Having recently achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics, an A* in GCSE Further Mathematics, and being predicted an A* in A-Level Mathematics, I have a strong understanding of both the content and the techniques required to achieve top grades. As a current student myself, I am familiar with the latest specifications, common misconceptions, and the most effective revision and exam strategies.
Alongside my academic achievements, I have over six months of experience working with Year 4–6 pupils through weekly volunteering sessions, helping me develop excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain concepts clearly to younger learners.
Whether your goal is to build confidence, strengthen core skills, prepare for entrance exams, improve GCSE performance, or strive for the highest grades, I am committed to creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and reaching their full potential. My aim is not only to improve results but also to help students develop a genuine confidence in mathematics that lasts beyond the classroom.
