Raheela Ijaz

I hold an MPhil in Food Science and Technology and am currently pursuing a PhD (Food Business and Nutrition Science) at the University of West London (UWL). My academic and professional background combines expertise in biological and food sciences, particularly in the area of Food Microbiology, which I have taught to undergraduate students at UWL. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in explaining complex biological and microbiological concepts clearly and effectively, ensuring that students at various academic levels can engage with the subject matter confidently.

My teaching approach emphasizes interactive and inquiry-based learning, encouraging students to think critically and apply biological principles to real-world contexts. I have successfully integrated technology and digital learning tools into my sessions, providing engaging online learning experiences that enhance student participation and understanding.
