I use a collaborative coaching style rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Sessions may include helping you break down overwhelming workloads into manageable steps, creating realistic study routines, improving time management, strengthening motivation, building accountability, and developing strategies to manage stress, self-doubt, or feeling stuck.
With a strong background in psychology, behaviour change, and emotional wellbeing, I understand that productivity challenges are not always about laziness or poor discipline—sometimes they’re about overwhelm, anxiety, perfectionism, or simply not having the right systems in place.
